Episode 3: The Beauty of Circular Farming

One of my proudest achievements is Zari Organic Fertilizer – an innovation born from the simple belief that nothing in nature should be wasted.

Between corporate deadlines and farm responsibilities, I found myself constantly thinking about sustainability.
How could we minimize waste?
How could we improve soil health?
How could we grow responsibly while protecting our environment?

Zari was the answer.
We took something many people ignore – chicken waste – and turned it into something powerful: organic fertilizer that restores soil, boosts crop yields, and supports farmers.

Zari represents my belief that even in life, what feels like waste can transform into something valuable when handled with care and intention.

It’s a reminder that purpose is circular.
Nothing is wasted.
Not effort.
